METHOD AND TERMS OF PAYMENT
METHOD OF PAYMENT
While viewing our offer on the Internet, you can
click on the “book” button or the “send an inquiry” button for each
service offered and you should fill in the form with as many details
as possible. We shall subsequently check whether it is possible to
book the desired service and confirm the final price with corresponding
costs, as well as the amount of advance payment. If our price and
the booking conditions are acceptable, we shall need your final
confirmation. After receiving it, we shall e-mail or fax you an
order form for advance payment or the payment of the full sum of
a package tour. The advance, which is a confirmation of the booking,
should be paid in the period of 72 hours (effective till 30 th
of April), 48 hours (effective from 30 th of April to the end of
August) and 24 hours for reservations made 14 days or less before
the use of accommodations. After making the payment, you should inform us about it by sending an e-mail or fax (+385 22 200 551) as soon as possible. Once the advance payment has been made, you willl receive a credit voucher; whereas, upon the payment of the total sum, you willl receive a voucher with details about your reservation – i.e. package tour.
*reservations for less than four days are charged 30% more than the basic price (this does not include the tourist tax)
Different methods of payment are
possible:

If you decide on off-line payment with a credit card, a reservation form will be sent to you. By filling in the reservation form you authorize the agency to charge the cost of your package tour in accordance with a specific rate of payment.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment in two installments
Lease of a specific accommodation
unit is made in two installments. The first installment is paid on
making the reservation and the second installment is paid: For accommodation
in a hotel –
at least 30 days before the service is wanted.
For suites and rooms in private accommodation ,
the price difference between the advance and the total sum can
be paid before the period for which the reservation was made or
on the arrival at the destination, in our agency
Date of payment
of the reservation
In order to confirm a reservation a guest has an obligation to pay for the reservation within the time limit of 24 hours after an order form was made out and send a deposit slip to the agency.
The exact date to which the agency is obliged to keep the appointments under consideration (first of all the client’s lease) is indicated on every order form made out under the section “maturity date”.
From the moment the guest fills in and sends the application for reservation and in the following 24 hours the chosen dates are called off and the applicant has first call on renting the accommodation. Booking of the accommodation in question by another party in the respective period will not be possible. The respective dates will be marked yellow on the Internet.
If a guest pays the reservation before the date of expiry and sends the deposit slip to the agency, the dates booked will be marked red immediately after checking the payment and in the upcoming season it will no longer be possible to make another reservation of the same accommodation unit that even partly overlaps with the confirmed date.
If the agency does not receive the deposit slip in the date due, we shall assume the guest has given up the reservation for which he/she has registered. After the date of expiry has elapsed the dates booked will no longer be marked yellow on the Internet. On the contrary, they will again be marked as available – i.e. white.
