Colentum Hotel is located in the pinewood right next
to the sand beach in the cove of Slanica on the island
of Murter with a beautiful view of the entire Kornati
archipelago. On the island of Murter there are four
developed towns including Murter and Jezera, which
are the older ones. Murter is one of the 190 islands
of the ibenik Riviera and a bridge connects it with
land in the town of Tisno . The town of Murter was
founded on the ruins of the ancient town of Colentum
. In addition to traditional activities, such as farming,
carpentry, and fishing today the inhabitants of Murter
work in tourist and catering industry and in small
