Pirovac is situated on the northern coast of the Pirovac bay thus always facing the sun with its beautiful ancient front. Its bay is a natural phenomenon, 10 kilometres cut into rocks and Mediterranean vegetation whose seductive smells mix with the primordial smell of the sea. It is graced by a band of natural beaches, sandy coves and bathed by a mild tide, which during summer makes the sea temperature rise for three or four degrees above the average temperature of the Adriatic Sea. Each time of day a different view of dreamlike islet Sustipanac stretches before your eyes. Like the entire county of Šibenik and Knin, Pirovac lies on the palm of two National Parks, the island paradise of Kornati and the Karst beauty of the unique Krka Falls.
The Adriatic Highway connects Pirovac with cultural and historic centres Šibenik, Zadar, Trogir and Split.
